TOUCHSCREEN - The Touchscreen interface allows you to navigate the features of the DISTO with the use of 2 fingers - either swipe or zoom! This feature helps steady the unit when mounted to a tripod so that errors can be avoided when pressing traditional buttons.
MEASURE VIA PICTURES - Using the point-finder and on screen camera, you can accurately determine the width, height, area and diameter of objects. Pictures taken with the Disto D810 Touch can be downloaded to the computer via USB interface.NEED PRECISION? - The Disto D810 Touch coupled with the Leica FTA360 Tripod adapter allows fine adjustments for exact targeting of points up to 660' away that can be viewed on the clear screen display so you know exactly what you are measuring.
BLUETOOTH - More features can be utilized with your Bluetooth Disto with the addition of a Tablet or Smartphone. The "Lieca Disto Sketch" App has been developed to enable "sketching" over pictures so that your thoughts are saved for translation back at the office. Also, information can be emailed back to the office from your Smartphone or Tablet so projects are not on hold.
